I guarantee you’ll never want to eat another kind of popcorn once you taste this.
Ingredients: (approximate)
- 1/3 cup organic virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup organic popcorn kernels
- sea salt (to taste)
Directions:
- Heat large pot on high with lid on.
- Add coconut oil and wait until it fully melts and is hot.
- Add 3 kernels to the oil (they should pop quickly if the oil is hot).
- Add the remaining kernels, cover with lid and watch the magic happen.
- Once popping slows down to 1 or 2 kernels per second, remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
- Top with sea salt to taste.
